Passing Requirements
To qualify for the NJ State Exam you must complete at least 80% of the 75-hr Salesperson Course and pass the school exam.

Course Material Requirement
ALL students are required to purchase the textbook in physical or digital format prior to the start of the class. The cost of book is NOT included in the $99 course fee.

George Bellino
Director of Education
George Bellino has almost 20 years of Real Estate experience and thousands of transactions under his belt. His diverse background has provided him with a unique set of skills in the industry. He has been a traditional agent, a manager, a broker owner, a real estate investor and an instructor. George’s specialty was distressed properties, more specifically foreclosures, in which he sold hundreds of properties a year for major financial institutions and hedge funds. Along the way, George developed a passion for teaching. He has an energetic and dynamic teaching style that will keep students interested and involved. The word you would never hear George’s students describe him as is, boring. He takes pride in his students and will make sure each student is well prepared to pass their state exam and begin their career in real estate.

Early in my career I worked with major Developers in New Jersey where my vast knowledge and love for real estate began. I have approximately 15 years’ experience as a licensed agent in residential real estate, working throughout many counties. Placing people in new homes, selling homes for people who are moving on for various reasons and helping people on all levels of real estate became a fast-growing passion. I wanted to share my knowledge and love for the industry with others and began mentoring new agents. I achieved my Broker’s License with the sole intention of procuring Instructor Certification. It is fulfilling to be part of the process of change for individuals wanting to master the art of buying and selling real estate.
